MAN Quality Forum 2017

Supplier Quality Forum took place on 6th of September 2017 in Munich MAN Facility.

More than 200 suppliers participated in this event, including Starpol's delegation. 

MAN quality representatives presented production possibilities of Ankra and Starachowice BUS factories, quality organizational structures in Man.

In second part of conference, there were described expectations for MAN suppliers. Major role of good will in cooperation was underlined.

Defined clear responsibilities, ensuring the high level of competencies for analysis and problem solving, establishing of escaltion process,ensuring a powerful sub-suppliers management, cost elimination of waste and management attention for keeping high quality standards are the key to remain a succesfull supplier for a long time.
